Welcome to Suryodaya, Steve and Adam’s beautiful home in Moraira. This is an information site for all of our friends, family and their broader connections who are considering a stay at our fabulous villa.
Suryodaya is a luxury, versatile, split level 5 bedroom villa in Moraira, with a private, heated, saltwater pool. It is a much loved home and set in idyllic grounds in the highly desirable town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca in Spain. Moraira is known as the St Tropez of Northern Costa Blanca and has easy access from both Alicante and Valencia airports.
This unique property has five bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people over two floors. The upper floor has three en-suite bedrooms and the lower floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The whole villa is available to let all year round but in peak periods (July, August, Easter and Christmas) is only available in its entirety. Outside of these periods, up to 4 rooms ( 8 people ) can be available but the best option is to contact us directly (via call or WhatsApp) to discuss options and availability.
The outside space, pool and outdoor kitchen are shared between the two apartments, making it perfect for multiple or multi-generational families, or groups of friends to share.
The entire property is well appointed and has been recently renovated very thoughtfully and tastefully styled with a modern touch, incorporating nods to the beautiful original features.

Local Area
Moraira is often referred to as the St. Tropez of the Costa Blanca North and it is easy to see why. It as grown from its fishing village roots into a highly desirable, upmarket destination. While retaining its authentic Spanish charm and waterfront castle, it caters for holiday makers from all over Europe with a wide range of bars, restaurants and boutique shops. It enjoys two local, blue flag accredited beaches that are well tended and safe for family bathing. The area is a key destination for watersports, boat hire, tennis, cycling and golf too with several courses nearby.
